We obtain personal data about you when you complete your profile
and submit your Curriculum Vitae. This personal data includes data
such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number,
personal service company details, unique personal identifiers, together
with current, past and future work experience, skills experience
and future job preferences. We may also obtain information about
you when we take up references from past employers/clients. As an
Employment Bureau and member of REC (www.rec.uk.com) we may be required
to take up references on you. We need your help to ensure that the
data we hold is as accurate and up-to-date as possible. To achieve
this we ask you to update your profile regularly. We are reliant
on you supplying us with a factually accurate and complete picture
of you and your requirements.
How do we process your data?
You personal data will be stored in our database. You are free to
view this information. We may pass on your personal details to any
of the companies in the Review group to assist you in finding work.
Can your clients access my personal data?
We may forward your details to clients who may legitimately require
access to it in order for us to seek employment for you.
How secure is data held by us?
We use industry standard firewall technology to protect your personal
data in our databases.
Your Legal Data Protection Rights
You have the right to request a copy of the information held by
us about you in our records in return for the payment of a small
fee (set at a nominal fee by statute). You also have the right to
correct any inaccuracies in the information.
